Wash it. Sleep on it.

Linen is the easiest fabric you will own. Here is the whole guide.

Cold or warm machine wash with a mild liquid detergent. No bleach, no optical brighteners, no softener.

Tumble dry low and take it out while a little damp, or line dry in the shade. Sun fades the dyed colours over time.

Linen creases. Pull the fitted sheet tight and shake the flat sheet out. Do not iron unless you want to.

Cold water first, then a dab of detergent, then wash as normal. Heat sets a stain, so no hot water until it is out.

Folded in a cupboard with air. Never in plastic.
